In addition to over 300 hundred people who work here in Burr Plaza itself, with even more traffic to come as Burr Plaza fills, there is a workforce of over 2,000 employed in surrounding Burr and Bardane Industrial Parks. There are also over 4 million visitors per year to adjacent Charles Town.
The Adams and Buchanan buildings make up the bulk of the Retail section of Burr Plaza. Each of these buildings features 1,000 sq. ft. suites that can be combined and configured to your needs.
